Council start naming and shaming…
In a bid to prevent serial parking offenders, Westminster City Council has adopted a policy of “naming and shaming” its top ten parking wrongdoers. The top of the list is a company van that has accumulated a total of 250 unpaid unpaid penalty charge notices (PCNs). The council is looking to work with neighbouring boroughs and Tfl in order to increase the likelihood of catching these debtors.
